1. Put the product in its original packaging and/or then in a plastic bag. 2. Close the bag, attach the return label. 3. When return label is marked Parcel Connect, leave the return with your agent. When return label is marked Express Worldwide, contact DHL Express at (https://mydhl.express.dhl) or call 0844 248 0844 to book your pickup. When booking, use the Waybill number stated on your return label. 4. The Proforma invoice should be placed on the outside of the parcel for inspection. 5. When we have received the product, we will refund you. 6. If you want to make an exchange, make a new order on the website.
All products on the website are in stock. When you order on weekdays, we will ship within 24h. You will then receive a tracking number via email. Your parcel will arrive in 1-3 business days.
